Another successful year for Llama Travel
Llama Travel completed its 6th full year of operation on 30 September 2008.
Preliminary figures show that the company’s sales grew by 10% compared to 2007, and that the company again achieved an excellent financial performance.
Luca Newbold, Director, said “I would like to thank everyone in the UK and in South America for their hard work during the year. We have achieved an excellent result in terms of sales, customer satisfaction and profitability.
“Looking forward, the economic environment in the UK is expected to make life difficult for all travel companies in 2009, and quite possibly into 2010. Fortunately, we have built up a very strong financial position, so that Llama Travel is able to compete aggressively in what we expect to be a very tight market. We will continue with our approach of cautiously expanding our product range.”
