A wonderful holiday - especially Torres del Paine and Iguazu! All arrangements were excellent and the appointed agents in each place did a very good job.
I want to express my complete satisfaction with the arrangements made, the tour operators you use in South America, the hotels chosen and the experience as a whole. An awesome experience was made possible by confidence that one was in the hands of experienced and proffesional people.
All transfer and hotel bookings ran like clockwork. Both ourselves and everyone we met (on Llama holidays) were particularly impressed with the flexibility and value for money.
