It is not often you can say how excellent a holiday has been. But I felt the need to elaborate on the questionnaire and somehow thank all those involved in my most recent enjoyable holiday.

Throughly enjoyed the holiday. Would recommend to others.

It was a fantastic holiday - we saw and did everything expected. The Islands are amazing & so diverse and our guide Williams was excellent in informing us. The Voyager was great fun - friendly staff who were so helpful. We return with wonderful memories & shared experiences & would recommend this tour to everyone. Thank you.

A wonderful holiday - especially Torres del Paine and Iguazu! All arrangements were excellent and the appointed agents in each place did a very good job.

I would definitely recommend Llama Travel without an iota of hesitation. It was so well organised and we felt very well looked after. It represented excellent value for money and if/when i go to South America again, i will definitely put Llama Travel number 1 on my list.

I want to express my complete satisfaction with the arrangements made, the tour operators you use in South America, the hotels chosen and the experience as a whole. An awesome experience was made possible by confidence that one was in the hands of experienced and proffesional people.

The Galapagos boat trip, which was the main reason for my visit was better than all my hopes and expectations. In particular the guide Williams, and the panga drivers were superb.

Overall - Wonderful holiday. Both guides - really excellent, knowledgeable & helpful.

All transfer and hotel bookings ran like clockwork. Both ourselves and everyone we met (on Llama holidays) were particularly impressed with the flexibility and value for money. Both your company and the countries exceeded our expectations. We have travelled extensively, and this would count as one of our best holidays. We have been very impressed with all our dealings with you, and would highly recommend you.

We were prepared to be amazed and delighted by the Galapagos but our expectations were exceeded. Snorkelling with sharks & sea lions was a truly amazing experience which i will remember forever. Highly recommend the Finch Bay - we were very relaxed and the service and food was exceptional.
