This 12 day holiday combines the Chilean capital, Santiago; the beautiful Lake District; and the widerness of Patagonia, including the fantastic Torres del Paine.

Itinerary in brief

Day 1: Fly overnight from the UK to Santiago.
Day 2: Morning arrival in Santiago (2 nights). Free day.
Day 3: Optional Vineyard & Valparaiso excursion.
Day 4: Fly over the Southern Ice Field to Patagonia, and transfer to Puerto Natales (1 night).
Day 5: Boat ride to Serrano and Balmaceda glaciers, then into Torres del Paine by river* (2 nights).
Day 6: Optional Torres del Paine excursion or the Las Torres trek.
Day 7: Optional Boat to Grey Glacier excursion or the French Valley trek. Return to Puerto Natales in the evening (1 night).
Day 8: Transfer to Punta Arenas and fly to Puerto Varas (2 nights).
Day 9: Optional Lake District excursion.
Day 10: Fly to Santiago (1 night )
Day 11: Fly to the UK.
Day 12: Arrive in the UK.

* If the river is too low to enter the Torres del Paine by boat, you will enter by road.
