Single Travellers

Our holidays are scheduled to fly with British Airways (via Miami), Iberia (via Madrid) or KLM (via Amsterdam) depending on the departure date. Flights depart from Heathrow. It is sometimes possible to fly to and from regional airports in the UK. Please ask us for details if you are interested in this option.

Flight Upgrades - Save up to £300

 
British Airways

Upgrade to World Traveller Plus for flights between London and Miami for a special rate of £379 each way, £499 for departures from July 1 to August 21. An additional £40 is payable outbound due to air passenger duty (£55 for departures from November 2009 onwards). World Traveller Plus provides a separate, quieter cabin with a maximum of 6 rows and wider, more comfortable seats with 7 inches more legroom than in World Traveller. Seats recline further and have power for laptops. There are also better meals and a bar service. Flights between Miami and Quito will be in economy class on American Airlines.

Upgrade to Club World with British Airways for flights between London and Miami for a special price of £1749 each way. For departures from June 21 to August 9, upgrade for only £1599 each way. An additional £40 is payable outbound due to air passenger duty (£55 for departures from November 2009 onwards). The seats convert into full flat beds and have a privacy screen. There is a 10.4 inch personal flat-screen and entertainment system, and hot and cold snacks available between the a la carte meals. Business class lounges are available at London Heathrow, Miami and Quito airports. Flights between Miami and Quito are in business class on American Airlines.

KLM

Our usual Business Class supplement to Quito is £849 each way. However, a limited number of upgrades are available for only £699 each way (June 21 to August 9 departures, £799 other dates). An additional £40 is payable outbound due to air passenger duty (£55 for departures from November 2009 onwards). KLM World Business Class offers better seating and food on board. Seats between Amsterdam and Quito offer a 60 inch seat pitch and can be tilted back to 150 degrees for sleeping. There are adjustable head, back and foot supports as well as a personal video screen. Between the UK and Amsterdam, seats are usually the same as Economy Class, but passengers are offered quicker check-in and preferential seating. There are lounges for Business Class passengers at Amsterdam and Quito airports as well as at all UK departure airports.

Iberia

Our usual Iberia Business Plus supplement to Quito is £849 each way. However, a limited number of upgrades are available for only £699 each way (June 21 to August 9 departures, £799 on other dates). An additional £40 is payable outbound due to air passenger duty (£55 for departures from November 2009 onwards). Business Plus provides better seating and food on board as well as quicker check-in. Seats between Madrid and Quito convert into a flat bed and there is a touch screen entertainment system. There are business lounges in Heathrow, Madrid and Quito. Between the UK and Madrid, seats are usually the same as in economy class, but with preferential seating and snacks on board.
