IMPORTANT NOTICE: TRAVELLING TO AND VIA THE MIDDLE EAST

We are closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East, and our team is working around the clock to minimise any disruption to our guests’ travel plans.

If you are travelling and are concerned about your return journey

We have arranged alternative flights for all guests on holiday whose return flights have been affected by flight cancellations in the Middle East, and arranged hotel accommodation for any extra nights needed. If you are overseas and have any questions, please contact us.

If you are due to travel out to Jordan soon

We have contacted all passengers who are scheduled to travel to Jordan until the end of May. We are monitoring the situation and the UK Foreign Office advice, and will keep customers updated when we have more information. If you are scheduled to travel and have any questions, please contact us.

If you are due to travel out with flights via the Middle East soon

We have contacted all passengers who are scheduled to travel out with flights via the Middle East until the end of April. Where possible, we have changed flights to alternative airlines avoiding the Middle East, and we continue to review the situation. If you are due to travel out to any other destinations

All other holidays are operating normally, and we do not expect any disruption due to the current situation. However, if you have any questions, please contact us.
