Travel Consultant
Salary: £28K+ (exceptional sales people achieve rapid salary increase)
Location: Based in our office in Camden Town, London NW1
We are looking for enthusiastic, well-travelled people to join our efficient and highly motivated team as travel consultants, helping to put together tours and offer the highest level of customer service. A person who will turn their passion for travel into a career.
The role
As a Travel Consultant your duties will be to:
- Communicate with customers to help them find their perfect trip
- Coordinate services with suppliers in each country, and airlines
- Deal with all customer requirements, from initial enquiry through to booking and queries prior to departure
- Managing the administrative side of bookings to ensure that holidays go according to plan
Requirements
An ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- A passion for travel, having visited a number of our destinations
- Great organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Working within a team
- Numeracy and a keen attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Fluent English both written and oral is essential to this role
The package
The initial salary is £28,000 per annum, with rapid increases possible for good sales staff. There are pension contributions and a travel allowance as well as familiarisation trips and other industry benefits.

Sales Support Executive
Salary: £22K+
Location: Based in our office in Camden Town, London NW1
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised person to join our efficient and highly motivated team as a sales support executive, helping the sales team put together tours and offer the highest level of support.
The role
As a Sales Support Executive your duties will be to:
- Communicate with the sales team to help them put together holidays
- Coordinate services with the Llama Travel team, suppliers in each country and airlines
- Managing the administrative side of bookings to ensure that holidays go according to plan

Flights & Airfares Assistant
Salary: £22 - £25K
Location: Based in our office in Camden Town, London NW1
We are looking to hire someone to work in our small, efficient and highly motivated team, helping to put together tours, and offer the highest level of customer service.
The role
You will work in the administration and flights team to help produce and manage the flights and supplier information required for the successful operation of our tours. This will involve assisting in the various areas of the business, managing flights for tours, accurate communication with foreign suppliers, creation of customer documentation among other tasks. This role also offers the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you develop your role.
Requirements
An ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- Good knowledge of airline reservation systems GDS (Amadeus preferred)
- Knowledge of IT, Published, Cat35 Fares reservation and ticketing process
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
- Numeracy
- Comfortable with computers and communication by email
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Great attention to detail
- Previous experience working for a Tour Operator will be an advantage
- Fluent English both written and oral is essential due to the nature of this role
The package
Basic salary is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum. Upon successfully completing your probationary period you will also qualify for other travel industry benefits including an annual travel allowance.
